ΊΪΑΟΙη is one of the best colleges in the Northeast, according to The Princeton Review.
The education services company lists ΊΪΑΟΙη in the βBest in the Northeastβ section of its website feature. This is the 16th consecutive year ΊΪΑΟΙη has received this designation.
The 2021 Best Colleges: Region by Region feature names 655 schools in five geographic zones that The Princeton Review recommends as "regional bests." The 224 colleges that The Princeton Review chose for its "Best in the Northeast" 2021 list are located in 11 states. Collectively, the colleges on The Princeton Reviewβs βregional best" lists for 2021 constitute about 23% of the nation's 2,800 four-year colleges.
"We chose ΊΪΑΟΙη and the other outstanding institutions on this list primarily for their academics," said Robert Franek, The Princeton Review's Editor-in-Chief.
Franek noted that the company considered data from its survey of administrators at several hundred colleges in each region, information from staff visits to schools over the years, and the opinions of college counselors and advisors whose perspectives the company solicits.
"We also consider what students enrolled at the schools reported to us on our student survey about their campus experiences," Franek added.
The Princeton Review survey asks students to rate their colleges on dozens of issues and to answer questions about themselves, their fellow students, and campus life. Comments from surveyed students are included on The Princeton Review website.
Students at LIM describe their peers as βvery passionate and excited to learn and experience the fashion industryβ and said their classmates βembody creativity, uniqueness, independence, and determination.β
Students also love the fact that faculty members have βa great deal of experience in the industryβ as well as βgreat insight and connectionsβ and said itβs evident that LIM professors βwant each student to succeed.β
As one student summed up it in the survey, βWe are conditioned in a sense to always be thinking of our next move, how we can advance ourselves in our professional lives, and improve on our business skills.β
